You are invited to Wild Asparagus Days, where we will be preparing two seasonal dishes featuring this prized spring ingredient: frittata with wild asparagus and pancetta, and assorted canapés with wild asparagus. Join us and enjoy the fresh flavors of spring.

At the northern pier, just steps from the old town and Izola’s most popular beaches, a unique seaside culinary experience awaits you. The scent of the sea blends harmoniously with the aromas of authentic Istrian cuisine.
Pomol okusov brings together a diverse selection of local artisans – from chefs and winemakers to olive oil producers and other creators – all showcasing the rich heritage of Istrian gastronomy in a relaxed, coastal setting.
The event is free of charge, offering a perfect opportunity to experience Izola in a different way – through your senses, full of flavour and atmosphere.
