House rules

Dear Guests,

the staff of the DeGrassi Boutique Garni Hotel **** Izola wishes you a pleasant stay and requests that you give your attention to the following

  1. Guests must register on arrival at reception, where they will receive their room card. The room can be occupied after 4 PM.
  2. Rooms are for the use of registered guests only.
  3. Pets are not allowed.
  4. Breakfast time: 7.30 – 10.30 AM.
  5. Cooking or preparing food in rooms is not allowed,
  6. Smoking is prohibited.
  7. The bill must be settled immediately after the facilities have been used. If guests stay for more than seven days, it has to be settled at the end of each week.
  8. Check-in: from 4 until 8 PM.
  9. If the guest on arrival would like a room in the morning, the previous night will be included on the bill.
  10. Guests must vacate the room by 10.30 AM on the day of departure. If the guest occupies the room after 10.30 AM, 50% of the room price will be charged till 7 PM. After 7 PM, the total price of the room will be charged.
  11. Before leaving the room, guests are kindly requested to turn off the water taps, switch off the lights and lock the front door. Returning the card to the reception is mandatory.
  12. The hotel management cannot be held responsible for items.
  13. When a guest enters the room, it means that they accept all the conditions and prices. The price list is always available at reception.
  14. Between 10 PM and 6 AM, guests must take care not to make any noise.
  15. All remarks, opinions and praise can be written in the comment book, which can be found at reception. Your collaboration will help us to improve the quality of our services.
  16. Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
  17. In case of disregarding our house rules, we reserve the right to cancel our hospitality, and we can demand that you leave the property.
