In our Aperitif bar, where travelers and locals meet every day, the drink is the king. Every day we offer you a fresh selection of special cocktails; you must try the refreshing DeGrassi Negroni and DeGrassi Spritz. Since we are in Istria, we also celebrate the vine and all its liquid derivatives.

We offer an interesting range of wines, sparkling wines, cognacs and other spirits. We also carefully selected whiskeys, rums and bitters, because we want your vices to become daily habits with us. The atmosphere will also be provided by a special atmosphere and a beautiful garden, which can be transformed into a venue for smaller events.

The smell of freshness and authentic local flavors

The DeGrassi Aperitivo bar invites you already in the morning, when we prepare fresh breakfasts with local ingredients for our hotel guests. We also invite external guests to them. But we can only serve you top-quality coffee, with which you can sweeten it up a bit. Freshness is our guiding principle. That’s why we prepare excellent and refreshing fruit drinks with local herbs and other Istrian ingredients at any time of the year.

Treat yourselves to a glass of one of our selected wines

Of course, our wine list cannot, first of all, pass by local winemakers and distinctive wine varieties such as Malvasia and Refosco. Selected French and Italian still wines round off the range. Rounding off the wide range of sparkling wines is, of course, prosecco. You will also find renowned French champagnes in our selection.
