DeGrassi Gastro Lab: SPARKLING WINE WITH MAJDA DEBEVC

As part of DeGrassi Gastro Lab, we invite you to a new experience: we will learn about sparkling wines with the top wine and spirits expert, Ms. MAJDA DEBEVC.

It used to be considered that they were only drunk on special occasions and celebrations, but today we drink them more and more often, sometimes even every day. We know different styles and production methods, of course the most famous are sparkling wines from Champagne, but Slovenians also have top-quality sparkling wines.

The lecture will be followed by a tasting – we will try two sparkling wines, champagne, prosecco, franciacorta and cava.

Workshop price: €70 per person
