Combining boutique beers and cheeses from the Vipava Valley - Kraft brewery Pelicon and boutique cheese shop Golden Ring Cheese will join forces to offer a unique taste experience that will delight your taste buds. New and unusual combinations are a real treat for all food lovers. This unexplored area of combining beer and cheese will offer a unique culinary experience, exploring local raw materials and introducing a new dimension of flavours. They will show you three levels of pairing - from the more subtle ones between basic beer styles and well-known cheese styles, to medium-intensity pairings with complex beers and noble cheeses, to the more intense pairings that happen between whisky barrel-aged beers and unique cheeses aged for a year or more.
